Description

The ISO Ø25 hinge body, supplied with a Ø14 mm key, is an offset fitting designed to accommodate swing shutters when installing an external thermal insulation system (ETIS). It allows for insulation thicknesses of up to 160 mm. This is the standard model in the range, suitable for most common swing shutters; for heavy or double shutters, the reinforced Ø30 version is recommended.

The ISO Ø25 hinge body, supplied with a 14 mm pin, is a hardware fitting designed to reposition swing shutters when installing an external thermal insulation system (ETIS). It allows the shutter to be offset by the thickness of the added insulation, up to 160 mm, without replacing all the existing fittings. As the standard model in the ISO range, it is suitable for the majority of common swing shutters. Its reversible design, which can be used on either side of the shutter, and its height and width adjustments allow for precise fitting after the insulation and finishing render have been applied. For double shutters or particularly heavy ones, the reinforced Ø30 version (16–25 mm wedge) is recommended. This hinge body is intended for façade contractors and firms specialising in external thermal insulation who need to ensure the secure fixing of swing shutters as part of energy-efficiency refurbishments.
