The Siniat Unimat Façade Ultra Opti panel, 100 mm thick, is a rigid, graphite-modified expanded polystyrene insulation board, ACERMI-certified, designed for external wall insulation (EWI) beneath render. Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, it has a thermal resistance of R = 3.10 m².K/W thanks to its thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/(m.K). The Siniat Unimat Façade Ultra Opti panel, 100 mm thick, is a rigid graphite-modified expanded polystyrene insulation board, designed for external wall insulation beneath render. Positioned as a cost-effective alternative to the Ultra BD range, it retains the thermal properties specific to graphite-enhanced EPS, with a grey colour that improves performance compared to conventional white EPS of the same thickness. Measuring 1200 x 600 mm, this panel has a thermal resistance of R = 3.10 m².K/W, thanks to an ACERMI-certified thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/(m.K) (class TH32). Whilst this performance is slightly lower than that of the Ultra BD range (TH31), it enables us to offer a competitive price whilst maintaining a good level of thermal insulation. Lightweight and easy to cut, this panel is installed by gluing and/or fixing with dowels to masonry or concrete substrates, in accordance with the specifications of the ETICS system covered by the approved technical assessment, with the same ease of installation as the other products in the Unimat Façade range. Manufactured by Siniat, this panel meets the regulatory requirements applicable to all types of buildings: detached houses, blocks of flats or commercial buildings, in both new builds and refurbishment projects.
