Its excellent adhesion to porous surfaces, ease of application and compatibility with paint make it a must-have for finishing, renovation and façade work. SNJF-certified, it meets the requirements of the most common building projects whilst ensuring a clean and long-lasting finish.

Berner ADM316B white acrylic sealant in a 310 ml cartridge is a professional-grade sealant designed for treating static joints, filling cracks and sealing joints between materials on porous building substrates: concrete, render, plaster, bricks, masonry or timber. Its acrylic formulation ensures excellent adhesion and easy application using a standard spray gun. Once dry, it can be painted over with most paints, resulting in a perfectly integrated finish. Certified to SNJF Façade 12.5%, it is suitable for low-movement joints both indoors and outdoors, particularly for finishing around joinery and at joints prior to painting on renovation and façade projects.

Our ITE expert’s opinion

Acrylic sealant remains my first choice for fine interior joints intended to be painted – a use for which silicone is clearly unsuitable. However, avoid using it in permanently damp environments: its water resistance is inferior to that of sanitary silicone.
