Reliable reinforcement for a durable base layer

The 10×10 mm mesh façade reinforcement, with a weight of 140 g/m², is a fibreglass reinforcement essential for creating the reinforced base layer in external thermal insulation systems. Embedded in the undercoat render, it distributes the mechanical stresses exerted on the façade and significantly reduces the risk of surface cracking. Its 10×10 mm mesh size offers a good balance between render adhesion and flexibility during application, allowing the mesh to conform easily to the contours of the façade without excessive deformation during smoothing. Sold in rolls 1,000 mm wide by 50 metres long, this mesh allows 50 m² of façade to be covered quickly, with the strips laid so that they overlap by approximately 10 centimetres to ensure the mechanical continuity of the reinforcement. This mesh is used on the main body of the façade, alongside specific profiles and meshes designed for particular areas such as corners, window reveals or expansion joints.
