ITE anchors mechanically secure the insulation panels to the load-bearing wall. They stabilise the façade against wind loads without creating any significant thermal bridges. Centrale ITE offers steel-nailed hammer-in anchors for external thermal insulation (ETE), helical anchors and rail anchors, ranging from 40 to 300 mm, suitable for all substrates, at trade prices for both private individuals and professionals.
An external thermal insulation (ITE) anchor consists of three parts:
An ETICS anchor is selected on the basis of its European Technical Assessment (ETA). This specifies the substrates for which it is approved and the pull-out resistance it offers in each. ETE-17/0450 for the LFM-10 covers the five substrate categories: concrete (A), solid masonry (B), hollow or perforated masonry (C), lightweight concrete (D) and aerated concrete (E). Characteristic resistance values. For a single anchor, these range from approximately 0.3 kN in perforated brick to 0.9 kN in standard concrete. This is why a hollow-brick wall generally requires more anchors per square metre than a concrete wall. Installation parameters for the LFM-10:
